LDR: environmental, energy and spatial planning law lawyers
LDR was set up in 1997 by Isabelle Larmuseau, Peter de Smedt and Bert Roelandts and counts meanwhile twenty-two lawyers who are each active within one or more specific fields of environmental, climate, energy and spatial planning law. LDR is characterised by a specific combination of a practice-oriented and scientific approach of the most varied themes relating to environmental law. The law firm has gained its good reputation thanks to its pragmatic approach to various types of procedures in and out of court, but also thanks to its scientific activities in close collaboration with several university institutions as well as its scientific publications, legislation projects and policy-supporting studies.
