- Juridische ondersteuning voor de aanwijzing van mariene beschermde gebieden in uitvoering van de Europese en internationale regelgeving in het Belgische deel van de Noordzee, in samenwerking met de vakgroep internationaal publiekrecht van de UGent, in opdracht van de Dienst Marien Milieu van de FOD Volksgezondheid, Veiligheid van de Voedselketen en Leefmilieu (Directoraat-generaal Leefmilieu), in uitvoering.
- De analyse en ontwikkeling van een digitaal uitwisselplatform voor stedenbouwkundige informatie, in opdracht van het departement ruimtelijke ordening, woonbeleid en onroerend erfgoed, in samenwerking met GIM, in uitvoering (2012).
- Research for an armamentarium for strategic and achievement-oriented spatial planning policy in Flanders: preparatory research for the Spatial Policy Plan Flanders, by order of the Department for Environmental Planning, Housing Policy and Immovable Heritage, Spatial Planning division (ARP), in cooperation with TRITEL, under implementation (2011).
- Preparation of a spatial vision on clusters of permanently occupied weekend houses, camping sites and residential trailer parks not permitted under zoning regulations in the province of Flemish Brabant and of spatial implementation plans - "phase 2" by order of the Province of Flemish Brabant, in cooperation with Grontmij, under implementation (2010-2011).

- Inventarisation research into the use of thermal energy and the respective regulatory framework in relevant foreign legal systems in collaboration with Soresma by order of the Environment, Nature and Energy Department, under implementation.
- Legal assistance for the preparation of the municipal spatial implementation plan ‘Nederhase’ in collaboration with Adoplan by order of the city of Aalst, under implementation.
- Study for the preparation of a regulatory tax for companies discharging wastewaters into surface waters by order of the Flemish Environment Agency, under implementation.
- TRITEL/Technum – Tavabel Engineering, in collaboration with Pantarein, by order of the Ecotechnical Environmental Engineering unit (NTMB) of the Environmental Integration and Subsidization Division of the Environment, Nature and Energy Department (LNE), under implementation.
- Updated Sigma plan – General Studies and Research – River repair plan for the Durme Valley in collaboration with Tritel by order of n.v. Waterwegen en Zeekanaal, under implementation.
