- Legal support for the designation of protected marine zones in the Belgian part of the North Sea as part of the implementation of European and international legislation, commissioned by the Marine Environment Agency (Dienst Marien Milieu) of the Federal Public Service for Public Health, Food Chain Safety and the Environment (Directoraat-generaal Leefmilieu) and performed in collaboration with the Department of International Public Law at Ghent University (under implementation).
- The analysis and development of a digital exchange platform for urban development, commissioned by the Department of Spatial Planning, Housing and Heritage, in collaboration with GIM, under implementation (2012).
- Legal framework of an integrated coastal safety plan, in collaboration with IMDC, Soresma, PWC, VITO, Ecoconsult, Ghent University and Resource Analysis, commissioned by the Agency for Maritime and Coastal Services; Coastal Division, in progress.
- Research for an armamentarium for strategic and achievement-oriented spatial planning policy in Flanders: preparatory research for the Spatial Policy Plan Flanders, by order of the Department for Environmental Planning, Housing Policy and Immovable Heritage, Spatial Planning division (ARP), in cooperation with TRITEL, under implementation (2011).
- Preparation of a spatial vision on clusters of permanently occupied weekend houses, camping sites and residential trailer parks not permitted under zoning regulations in the province of Flemish Brabant and of spatial implementation plans - 'phase 2' by order of the Province of Flemish Brabant, in cooperation with Grontmij, under implementation (2010-2011).
- Legal status of Slags, by order of GSV, under implementation.
- Inventarisation research into the use of thermal energy and the respective regulatory framework in relevant foreign legal systems in collaboration with Soresma by order of the Environment, Nature and Energy Department, under implementation.
- Legal assistance for the preparation of the municipal spatial implementation plan ‘Nederhase’ in collaboration with Adoplan by order of the city of Aalst, under implementation.
- Study for the preparation of a regulatory tax for companies discharging wastewaters into surface waters by order of the Flemish Environment Agency, under implementation.
- Drafting three publications – commissioned by the Flemish government – for the Ecotechnical Environmental Engineering unit (NTMB) of the Environmental Integration and Subsidies Division of the Environment, Nature and Energy Department (LNE), in progress.
- Updated Sigma plan – General Studies and Research – River repair plan for the Durme Valley in collaboration with Tritel by order of n.v. Waterwegen en Zeekanaal, under implementation.
- Mobility agreements by order of the Department of Mobility and Public Works of the Flemish Government, under implementation.
- Assistance in the administrative appeal lodged against the environmental permit granted for the exploitation of a thermal bio-energy power plant, planned in the Antwerp harbor, commissioned by BioX, in progress.
